Day 9. I have been on a big bagel kick lately (clearly) and I stumbled on this super easy pumpkin cream cheese recipe so I decided to give it a shot. Not too shabby!
– 8oz low fat cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup canned pure pumpkin
– 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– dash of salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
And for those of you counting…it’s only 2 WW points. Perfect sweet treat!
