Grill Master

I love to grill….almost as much as I love to eat grilled food. On the left is Garlic Herb marinated chicken, in the middle plain grilled chicken and on the right corn on the cob. I like to grill chicken in bulk so I have extra for lunch/dinner throughout the week when I don’t have time to cook. I used the plain chicken for my curry chicken salad…this recipe turned me onto curry and I can’t ever get enough of it. It’s so refreshing and delicious! I often make it in big batches and eat it plain, in lettuce leafs, or in pita pockets! Yummy!
